"Find Peace. Keep Peace." - The Deluxe Issue
Find Peace. Keep Peace. (FPKP Journal) is an independent, print publication exploring inner peace. As a “well-being advocacy” journal, we understand that this is a broad concept that can ultimately be defined in many ways. Through thought pieces, short stories, interviews, photography, illustration, painting, music, and poetry we intend to explore them all.
The unofficial theme for this issue is “a reimagining” and it was essentially created in the spirit of the African Proverb, Sankofa, which can be interpreted as “looking back to move forward”. Simply put, while this publication is moving forward and evolving, we wanted to dedicate one moment (issue) to celebrate where it all began by creating an anthology of issues 1-4 but reimagined in this new format. We figured this was the best way to usher in the future while still honoring the past.
